Full-time office manager

We are looking for a new full-time office managerfull-time office manager to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is organized, detailed oriented, has a friendly and helpful attitude, works well as a team and is a self-starter.

Experience with front office duties in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Team through the use of Policies and Procedures, reviews, feedback and praise
  • Train team and new hires
  • Track and manage deadlines and expirations
  • Assist as backup to Admin Team
  • Interdepartmental coordination
  • Develop and lead team Meetings
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Management of inventory and supplies
